A: External companies can use this tool as well. In fact, this is a common use case for Augmentir’s Remote Assist tool – many companies use Remote Assist for remote Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests, and to remotely support their customers and help them diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues at customer sites.
