Derri\u00e8re chaque d\u00e9fi se cache une opportunit\u00e9, en ce qui nous concerne. Ces feuilles de calcul num\u00e9riques ont eu leur heure de gloire, mais nous disposons d\u00e9sormais de meilleures options. Peut-\u00eatre avez-vous opt\u00e9 pour un logiciel Bluetooth ou distribu\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate num\u00e9rique \u00e0 vos travailleurs. Mais m\u00eame avec ces innovations, que vous disent r\u00e9ellement ces indicateurs de donn\u00e9es\u00a0? Est-ce une information fiable et utilisable ? Nous avons pass\u00e9 des heures, voire des jours et des semaines \u00e0 nous entra\u00eener derri\u00e8re le volant, attendant avec impatience d&#039;\u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s par un instructeur de conduite. Et soyons honn\u00eates, beaucoup d&#039;entre nous l&#039;ont fait aussi.
