Sin embargo, la realidad de la RA empresarial es que la mayor\u00eda de las empresas industriales han tenido dificultades para generar valor sostenible al intentar implementar la tecnolog\u00eda. Una de las razones es que la mayor\u00eda de los primeros proveedores de RA se centraron excesivamente en proporcionar informaci\u00f3n e instrucciones de trabajo digitales a los trabajadores industriales mediante dispositivos port\u00e1tiles, lo que no ha generado los beneficios de eficiencia esperados.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dado que muchos de los primeros usuarios de soluciones de RA no lograron justificar el costo y la complejidad en comparaci\u00f3n con las ganancias m\u00ednimas en eficiencia, quedaron atrapados en el \u201cpurgatorio piloto\u201d, donde no pudieron salir con \u00e9xito de una iniciativa de prueba de concepto inicial.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La primera ola de soluciones de RA no logr\u00f3 una adopci\u00f3n generalizada<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pero \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 una tecnolog\u00eda que promet\u00eda \u00e9xito general y ahorro de recursos, costes y tiempo no ha cumplido sus promesas? Si retrocedemos un poco y examinamos la primera ola de RA empresarial, podemos identificar algunas de las razones por las que la RA empresarial por s\u00ed sola no ha podido aportar el valor que buscan los fabricantes, lo que ha provocado una falta de adopci\u00f3n generalizada:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Las primeras soluciones de RA se caracterizaron por sus altos costos y largos ciclos de implementaci\u00f3n, lo que las hizo accesibles solo para las empresas manufactureras m\u00e1s grandes que cuentan con altos presupuestos de innovaci\u00f3n y recursos significativos.<\/li>\r\n<li>Las soluciones no estaban adaptadas a las empresas manufactureras peque\u00f1as y medianas.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Soluciones de software mal implementadas y hardware temprano que no ofrec\u00eda la comodidad, seguridad y confiabilidad esperadas por los usuarios.<\/li>\r\n<li>Las soluciones existentes s\u00f3lo brindan informaci\u00f3n a los trabajadores de primera l\u00ednea y con eso no han podido aportar valor m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la ganancia inicial \u00fanica en productividad.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pero lo m\u00e1s importante es que, una vez que las soluciones se implementaron finalmente, se hizo evidente que el software no aportaba valor m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la ganancia \u00fanica inicial en productividad, que se ve\u00eda con frecuencia en casos de uso donde la operaci\u00f3n manos libres era la verdadera fuente de los beneficios derivados.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ampliar la propuesta de valor de la RA empresarial centr\u00e1ndose en el trabajador conectado<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pero el hecho de que la primera ola de implementaciones de RA haya fracasado en su mayor\u00eda no significa que la tecnolog\u00eda no tenga el potencial de generar grandes mejoras de eficiencia para las empresas industriales.
